Barry helped me when buying my first car. He was incredibly helpful and answered any questions I had. It was a seamless transaction and such a smooth process. I had a test drive, and there was no pressure from him to buy on the day. However as it was such a positive experience I did! He also delivered the car to me free of charge. I bought a car from here end of 2022, and ive had no troubles with it all. Barry is an excellent person to buy a car from, everything was smooth running with excellent communication nothing was too much hassle. Definitely recommend to buy a car from here. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a car!
Dealt with Lawrence to buy a Dacia and was a pleasure from start to finish. Zero pressure, great communication, confident in what they sell as happy to have any inspections done.
Even picked me up & dropped me back off at the tram stop on the day I went to view & called after buying to make sure that everything was ok.

Barry was recommended to me by a friend after my car was stolen and I urgently needed to get back on the road.

Bought my first car from here. Barry was great and assisted me through the process.
Barry was not pushy and we actually went to look at other cars on the same day to come and get this car.
Fully valeted and been no problems so far since getting the car in March. Good experience and will happily use in the future!

Fabulous customer service from Barry. Communication has been great from him. I highly recommend you! You put me at ease whilst selling my car, gave me a quick response, quick sale, didn't mess me about, they collected my car which saved me coming down. I bought a black Audi from these guys.. from start to finish both Lawrence and Barry were brilliant. Very helpful and not pushy at all.. my experience was 5 stars all the way. If you see a car that you like on their forecourt then 100% buy from these guys.. my car was just as described and I am still really pleased with my purchase weeks later.
One thing that I really liked was..... the day after I picked up my car I had a call from Lawrence to see if my car was still OK? Great after sales service. I would defo buy from these guys again... thanks guys..

Excellent customer service from sales to after care. After a test drive a couple of issues were noted and unfortunately came to light again after delivery even though a couple of sensors had been changed. Barry arranged collection of the van immediately and had it back to me in quick time with no quibbles at all, collected and dropped back off to me and running like a dream, you don't get that kind of great customer service from any main dealers!!
